Our Story

Desmond Jackson was a vibrant 22 year old student at Seattle Central College when he was tragically killed in a 2012 shooting. To honor Desmond’s memory and the life of promise he was building, his family started the Desmond Jackson Foundation and Scholarship Program to support the education of other young African American men in the Seattle area.
